IL SEGNO DEL COMANDO
Il Segno del Comando
(Black Widow)
Davvero bello.

Review from Progressive Newsletter Nr. 14 (04/1997):
translation of this review by Mario Rakocevic:
In italy it seems to be a huge potential of morbid tendencies: are allready Devil Doll death and horror very near, so do Il segno del comando equally musical gravedesecration . Alone the cover with a deathsociety, similar like Ku Klux Clan, in Capes and hood hidden carrying a casket let the blood in veins chill. but you dont get from the five darkmen deathmetal with noisy vocals, here you have manic depressive guitar-heavy dark prog on the ears. Singer is Mercy who also was involved with with the very gothic progband malombra. Strong organ is used here, who sacraly it seems to be a mix of deathmess and dance of the vampires. What agostino tavella else takes out from the keyboardy is no trace happier. To this two e-guitars in companion. this together results in a mix of hardrock and italo-prog with origin in the 70´s. The dull rumblish sound fits equally to this period. The gravebrothers seem to be nearly constantly under strong circuit ,so there is no rest for the soundcomponents at home, because with mighty tempo the hypnotic apocalyptic music progresses. Who has not allready digged his ownn grave to be overrun by the dark horde should by this CD, and should hear full of frightening memory in his own tomb.
